Namaste Teen Paati - Withdrawal amount not received

I played and deposited money in the namaste teen patti app, they showed early profits and they allowed me to withdraw some money but after * or * transactions they have not paying the withdrawal amount. After withdrawal they put it in already dunned mode with no payment. Their customer support is totally programmed and failed. They don't provide any positive response. I have totally stuck in it.
