Namaste Teen Paati - Withdrawal amount not received

I am very disappointed and frustrated right now.at first I didn't face any issue but after withdrawal when I attempted for the withdrawal it is still showing processing and they don't have any dedicated customer service and this has become serious when I faced the same issue with my other account where even after full day of processing time an option popped up to urge payment and when I clicked it got another message on top of that withdrawal page showing payment has already dunned and since then another half of the day has been passed but no sing of my amount Rs.****/-.I am in urgent need of money ****/-some body please me to claim my hard earned money back and if possible or any body knows the way to sue this company or app legally kindly help with that as well
