Hi Team,
I have * problems faced
*. Withdrawal
*. Deposit
I had initiated the withdrawal amount of Rs.**** and shows in the app as successful but unfortunately the amount is not credited to our account.
Escalated in their app several times but in vain they only say They work with their expertise for resolving and the same pitch each and every time when we are trying to reach them .
I had deposited closed to Rs.**** but the same in not reflecting in my balance and the same answer as above.
I have escalated by mail as well to support@parimatch.in and the answer is we are working with expert team to get resolved and nothing is moving ahead.
