I am writing to report an issue regarding a withdrawal from the Namaste Teen Patti app. I requested a withdrawal of ₹*** twice, one withdrawal on ** April **** time **:** and another one on ** April **** time **:**. However, the status of the transaction has been stuck on “processing” for a long time, and the amount has not been credited to my account.
I have tried to contact the app’s customer support, but I have not received any proper response or resolution. This delay has caused me financial inconvenience and mental stress.
I request the concerned authority to look into this matter and help me receive my pending amount as soon as possible. Also, strict action should be taken to prevent such issues for other users in the future.
