I have investing some amount and I have won **,*** so for I have tried to withdraw ****. but the amount is not received yet but the application balance is gone and the status is showing as already dunned. I have raised a complaint in application as well as here but so for no action happened for my issue. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible please
