Razor pay private limited - With respect to not refund of my deducted money

Sir, I booked a spicejet flight from Hyderabad to Varanasi on */*/*** and an amount of **** Rs was deducted from my account but no ticket was booked and now I want to refund my money back to my account but no money has been refunded uptil now. Please sir help me get out of this problem.
