am a resident of Uttarakhand. I lost approximately ₹**-** lakhs while playing WinZO Ludo real money game over the past one year. This money was my family's savings from property sale, meant for purchasing a new home for our family.
I was completely misled by WinZO's advertisements which promised legitimate real money earnings. I trusted the platform and believed I was playing against real human players. At no point did WinZO disclose that users were actually playing against hidden bots and algorithms.
Since this fraud was deliberately concealed, I had no way to collect proof independently.
Recently I learned through news reports that the Enforcement Directorate has officially confirmed that WinZO used hidden bots, AI and an algorithm called PPP (Past Performance of Player) to manipulate game outcomes and make users lose money deliberately. ED has filed a chargesheet in Bengaluru court and frozen over ₹*,*** crore of WinZO assets.
This proves that my losses were not due to fair gameplay but due to deliberate fraud by WinZO.
I request:
Immediate action against WinZO
Refund of my lost amount of ₹**-** lakhs
Justice for all victims like me
Payments made via: Paytm UPI
Evidence available: Bank statements and Paytm transaction screenshots
