Hitach India Pvt Limited - Windows AC faulty Product not Working properly

I would like to lodge complaint regarding the poor product of HITACHI WAC *,*T **RAW***HFDOF***E*****. I am writing this letter to convey my extreme dissatisfaction with the faulty products by HITACHI. I have purchased this AC THIS year **/**/**** Despite it being over SIZ month since the purchase, the AC is not functioning properly.i am not able to understand how poor quality product HITACHI is manufacturing, that It has got problem sicne day one of purchase Such a poor quality of HITACHI A/C.

I have lodged multiple complaint(***********,***********,***********, at HITACHI care for not cooling and multiple engineer has visited my home and diagnosed there is some issue with AC but not able rectify the problem and transferred this case to another engineer and after that closed the request with out concent. After many follow ups with local dealer Hariom Electronic , another engineer visited.

He has again done diagnosis of reported issue and updated me that is AC will not work in especially during the hot summer days as manufacturing defect.
AC cannot be repaired as it some time work and mostly not perform cooling.

Now here question arises that what is product quality and durability of HITACHI AC that its not working since first day of use after purchased. How can we trust such big brand for such poor quality quality of product. This is really disappointing and making a bad image of HITACHI product. I want replacement of this product else I will have knock to consumer forum for such a bad product quality and services.
