softkart net - windows 10 pro invalid license key

I bought windows ** pro retail from their website softkart.net on **/**/**** and received license key in my mail and when i tried to activate using that key it throws be error saying "you don't have a valid license or product key". i tried contact them in the email support@softkart.net which is in their website in the same day, till now there isn't any response from them.
