Havell Lyods - Window AC repair not done for 15 days

I bought Havells Window AC on Jun**** and on Sep**** (post *.* years), the AC gas leaked against which I got it repaired by company for Rs.*,***/-. Now in Delhi the winters set in by Oct end, hence, post gas recharge and welding repair, the AC was not used for *.* months. Now, in first week of Apr** I started by AC and it was cooling fine, however, to mitigate risk or repaying hefty amount I bought Havells annual AMC of Rs.*,***/- from their service engineer on **Apr**. Now, on **thApr** my AC stopped cooling, so I raised online request on **Apr**, post which engineer visited on **Apr** and said gas has leaked. Now, post multiple reminders on email and customer service calls, engineer came on **Apr** (post * days) and said COIL needs to be change but they do not have it in stock before * to ** days. Now today's **Apr**, and since ** days no one has called or come to visit to get it fixed and in Delhi there's a heat wave going on and me and my family are living without AC from **Apr to **Apr, i.e. ** days. Point to notice is that Havell, Lyods have outsourced their AC repair to QN SOLUTIONS in West Delhi, which has a bad rating of *.* on Google, Reditt, and they have proved it. I have again called cusmoter service today and also emailed them but they have a standard answer, 'we apologize for the in convince and we will work on it'. It is quite a harassment that after purchasing at **,***/- AC and then getting in fixed for Rs.*,***/-, plus buying Annual Maintenance plan of Rs.*,***/-, still me and my family are living in DELHI heat without Ac for ** days . IMP NOTES: a) The work shop QN SOLUTIONS do not pick our calls, so we need to call Harvell customer service. b) The engineer from QN Solutions was very rude on call said that he cannot do anything.
