Hello,
We would like to lodge a complaint against a person who cheated us USD **, ***. The person introduced himself as Mr.Sachin Shah and gave us a Data Entry project. We employed more than ** people to work on this project. He introduced a person named Mr. David Hemlich (as Client). Have attached the project related document which is very hard for the Agent to type in, Still we put huge amount of hard work and finished the task, Mr. Sachin told us to use excel to make the work little easier. Initially we will be able to download the raw data which we entered in the portal weekly, Later they excluded that option from our Admin login and told us that they will be sending us the Raw Data weekly which we never got on time. When ever we get the raw data from the Client we will have more discrepancy in it( "L" will be changed to "I", "*" will be changed to "O", "W" will be changed to "VV") We worked * workloads, But once we finished the task assigned by him, Dave the above mentioned client is telling that we have used excel for which he will not pay and also, claiming that we made lot of errors and is not ready to pay us now. Later, and asked us to confess that we used a third party software to complete the work and if we confess then he will pay us at least **% of of the money. So we had to agree to his terms so we can pay the salaries of the employees who worked hard for this project. Now, Mr. Sachin is denying to make the **% payment and he is using our confession (Forced Confession) as an evidence against us. When we researched about him, we learned that he's been doing the same to many people. Request you to kindly consider this an investigate this further.
