Netplus Broadband Private Limited - Wifi Range Problem

I have a netplus broadband connection, rs.***/- per month rent with ** mbps speed and zte modem installed by team. But with this modem i cant get range in ** feet, but in my neighbour all broadband connction range display in my mobile. I have complaint to local distributor, his service team, customer care but they all failed. They are not help me in this matter. Owner said u cant get range in your next room due to wall. But when i try to connect with neighbours wifi connection all are working fine. I am helpless please help me.
