Hey this is YASH ROOPCHANDANI, I am a Airlink Communication user since last * years and i recently renewed my plan on *rd of april,**** but from *th of april,**** i cannot be able to use my wifi because its not working Anymore. Problem is in the Unit Box in society itself. No one cares for their customers i have complained many a times to their manager, Staff & Technician Head but no good response. Because of lockdown no one is visiting. I have already paid them in advance but no use of it and wasted. It sucks and i am so frustrated to this company.
