ANM Networks Pvt Ltd - Wi Fi connection removal request

Hi,
I'm lodging this complaint against the company
ANM Networks Pvt Ltd. I had taken the WI FI connection facility from them in the year Aug ****. At the time of installation they had taken **** money as caution deposit which will be given back at the time of connection removal with one month prior notice. I had given then them the notice on **th May and this completed by June **th. After which the WI FI provider is not picking call nor he is coming for connection removal. Everyday i have to call at least ** times which is building mental pressure on. Still i'm not getting any response. I need justice for this and as compensation I'm demanding ****** rs from ANM networks for not working on their commitments and mentally torching the customer.
