Pvp mall Vijayawada - Why they are charging for parking while having valid bill

I went to pvp mall and purchase the watch while coming out from parking they asked amount I showed bill. Later they said event hough having bill you have **rs. As per Supreme Court of India rulings and related high court precedents establish that shopping malls and commercial complexes are obligated to provide parking as part of their approved building plans and cannot treat parking areas as independent profit-generating spaces. Parking in these areas is considered a "common facility," and charging for it is generally considered an unfair trade practice.
