Bonsai Sculpture - Why my order is returning without my permission

My parcel was packed on **.*.** in assam. Estimatef delivery date was *.**.**. But on *st oct. Estimated date was changed to *th oct. But after one day, it was showing *th oct. Today at *th oct my tracking is showing, that my parcel is returning as per client requirement. When i requested them to return my parcel?????
** expensive agarwood sapplings was in it. Worth of *****/- Indian rupee.
Who will recover that penalty?
I tried several times to contact the customer service, but they didn't response.
Will I've to take legal steps?????
