Kamakhyaa - Why are my ads still running

I'm sharing my experience with Facebook that has been totally disappointing. This is regarding the case **************** which has been running since * July ****. The case includes the fraudulent delivery of the ads from Facebook ads report, only *** clicks actually came on our website whereas the ads report showed **** clicks. This is just one example of the many months reports that have been submitted to investigate on this case. This is not only for one month that we had experienced the issue, the issue has been existing for at least *-* months. The team has asked me to show my Shopify data for them to verify all the details. After I had shared all the details with them they told me that the team is investigating on the case and will get back to me as soon as it is possible. They have been constantly closing my case and it is high time for me to now go public and inform you all that Facebook- being a reputed company could also make fraud and find a way to get out of the situation. I have demanded a credit in the ads account for me to utilise the amount that I have invested to make the ads live again on Facebook. Their team has offered me $** which is not even equivalent to *% of the total investment that I have made on Facebook ads. This is extremely great example and a proof of a highly renowned company acting and actually being a fraudulent one. I have opened so many cases for this issue and everyone keeps on assuring me that they will give me a full fledged resolution but they do not even revert me back with a resolution. Their investigation is going on since three months and their team is incompetent to even inform me about what is the status of the investigation. A team of Meta for Business which is highly experienced with the engineers are literally incompetent to revert back. They neither have the audacity or guts to face the situation which is why they are constantly closing the case.
