Lenovo Legion - White Issues in applications

Whenever I switched to Nvidia Drivers My applications are crashing. There are some whites lines are coming in applications I contacted lenovo premium care services and after * months I didn't get my solutions I called many times but the problem remains same. And now conditions are very bad. Now Applications are crashing but they didn't give me solutions
