white hat jr - White hat jr is not paying my refund to the lander

I had taken a loan from White Head Junior for coding, then I got a laptop in it, my loan was Rs *****, so the total was Rs **,*** in which the laptop came and the rest of the courses were also there.
But later I did not like their teacher's way of teaching and did not get any support from them, so I got the loan canceled and then I got a mail from them asking them to give only the loan amount
I got a mail from their side that the remaining amount will be refunded to the loan partner but till now they have given the loan pattern only for Rs *****, the rest come out they have not paid, from my side I have paid Rs *****.
