wenzye com - While doing refund of Rs 1154 they deducted

I have purchased product of rupees **** from wenzye.com and after receiving the product I have got quality of product was not good immediately I have requested for refund on their customer support number (********** and **********) they have suggested some process on google pay for refund while doing this process they have given some promo code and said after entering this promocode you will get your refund but they have done fraudulent and deducted Rs ***** from my account after several following up they are not answering the call,please take some action nad help me out to get refund.
