Earphone - Where is my product

The delivery man came to deliver the product on Sunday but I was out of station on that day so I asked him to come Monday and deliver the product but till now no response from him I asked shadowfax help centre when the product will be delivered??They messaged me we will call you within ** hours till now no calls Delivery man phone Number was not in existence No response from shadowfax help centre and delivery man THIS IS HOW YOU(SHADOWFAX) TREAT THE CUSTOMER?
