Wheel eye - Wheels eye gps not available on my complaint

I have wheel eye gps that ended **th jun ****.then I recharge * july**** ,but not working my gps and I compliant that problem they told you pay *** rupees my person will come and check but till now not came and again call him,but they told stories on that you divice damage you change another one.without seen how will know divice damage you person come check than I will thinking ok ,but that person told me no.you device damage first you pay damage amount we will come and change
