Again in gate no ** I requested assistant airline officer Mr Akbar we are senior citizens can’t walk more
He straight way said I he can’t arrange
*) when all passengers were sitting in waiting area they made us to go out with baggage’s and screen again all passengers were manually pushed out of waiting area to go out and screen again it was mess even business class passengers pushed out like dogs I just said what’s this you are not allowing social distancing and making mob to I get infected with corona
He and his staff *-* people enjoying chit chatting in counter said
It is there’s fate if infected really pitiable experience of Air India officials talking and not caring passengers
*) he started boarding passengers in gate itself he and with one assistant became active to check carryon baggage weights of only few passengers in that intentionally he saw our bags myself *kg my husbands *kg
He took our boarding passes made us to wait
We requested much said because we are carrying PPE kits and gloves and plenty masks because of corona to change frequently he said throw in waste bin and go

I request the superior authority of airline to punish such officials immediately and
Pay back my money unnecessarily charged from senior citizens and tortured mentally and physically
