I placed an order for a kurthi which costed me ***rs and courier charges *** rs
I placed and order for small size and they gave me large size and moreover the product showed on the picture and the product I was given is no way similar
The finishing is extremely worst
The product does not even worth *** rs
The size i asked was not given and when I asked for return policy they say they don't pick products on returns
And the money u spent on the product will be not returned to your cards it will be given on wenzye wallet which means they are forcing you to buy another bullshit product from their website and waste ur money and time
They do not refund ur courier charges too for their total negligence the customer have to suffer
They do not reply to mails on the same day they will reply after **hrs of ur mail which is another worst service
They do not give any contact number to talk to someone to get ur issue sorted
Highly disappointed service and fraud website I have ever seen
I never wanted to give any negative impression on any website but this website forced me to do so because they are cheating customer very badly and making money with useless products
I need my money back to my account not on wallets
M not happy at all.
