Shiprocket is logisitics aggregator for ecoomerce merchants.
My company regularly did multiple shipments per day using Shiprocket.
We took delivery charges from customer based on what shiprocket charged us for delivery based on weight and length, breadth and height of parcel and destination pincode.
Shiprocket provides a free plan for customers which relatively higher delivery charges as compared to paid subscription plans but I was give their Enterprise custom plan for free trial for * months which will end in July. So currently, I have the lowest rate offered by them right now.
I got ** - ** weight discrepancy from Shiprocket in which they have charged me *.* kg - * Kg to even ** kg weight for a *** gms shipment of clothing items. I sell dress, co-ord sets via social media platforms under the name of One Fit Closet. I upload all the dimensions with measuring tape and weight of the shipment in package images before hand only to avoid any dispute still after getting the images they have charged me huge amounts on fake excess weight issue. How can a plain georgette lightweight dress ever weight ** kg?
Shiprocket gives an option to raise dispute but that option is totally biased and even after uploading images before and after as well there is no action that has been taken. We as a small business only have minimal margins which they took completely.
We have weighed each and every product with upmost care. Parcels of less than *** grams are claimed to be of more than *.* kg and even **kg.



There are multiple witnesses to prove that we have not sent multiple parcels of more than * kg.

What happened to us should not happen to any ecommerce seller. It is very difficult to work constantly and earn a penny by doing ecommerce business with honesty. Honesty must never be penalized.
