Forever photography am - Wedding photography Fraud Videos not delivered

I have recently learned that I have been a victim of a fraud by my wedding photographer "Abhishek Makhija". This individual took my hard-earned money **% of signed deal and disappeared, leaving me without the precious memories of my special day.
He gave me only raw photographs whereas he didn't deliver the cinematic videos,album and full length video.
Not only this he has blocked me from WhatsApp and is not answering my calls and after reading this he will block me from here as well.Its been more than an year I am chasing him for my own stuffs.
