Studio Red - Wedding photograph not delivered

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the delay in receiving my wedding photos. My wedding took place on May **, ****, and we were promised that the photos would be delivered within ** days. However, it has now been five months, and I still have not received them.

Despite numerous attempts to follow up, each time I contacted the studio, I was assured the photos would be delivered “within two days.” Unfortunately, these promises were not upheld. In the past week, my calls have gone unanswered, and no communication has been provided regarding the status of my photos.

This prolonged delay has caused significant distress and inconvenience. I am requesting immediate action to address this issue, including compensation for the time lost and the emotional impact caused by the lack of resolution.
