www charlettesecret com - Website not working and ordered items not delivered customer care email ID fake

I had placed an order worth of *,*** Rupees on the *nd of July, ****. A few days later, the website did not exist and the customer care email ID does not exist. I made the payment through RazorPay. A few days earlier I received a package that contained some cheap product which was not even on the website. No status of refund has been initiated. There is no contact with above said company/website at all.
