digipatang - Website not delivered even after payment

I had paid ****.**rs to digipatang company to make my website as advance. but after many reminders and discussions they are not completing my website. even one page is not completed. when i call them or whatsapp message them. they wont reply for many days and if reply then says we will look into it and again disappear for many days. The guy Dhrupad jain introduce me as the developer for the digipatang company but he was faking it as he is the owner of digipatang. I requested many times but they are not delivering my website or amount. They committed to complete website in * days but now its almost ** days nothing has been delivered. I need compensation for those ** days as i could generate that amount from my business if i could have the website on time.
