Evernutrition in - WEBSITE DOWN AFTER PLACING ORDER

I bought protien supplement from evernutrition.in on ** January and made the payment using UPI after that i recieved mail regarding the successful completion of payment. There were no news of Shipping or anything and next day the website went down and has been down since. I have emailed the customer support there is no reply. Please help me with this.
