pandahost in - Website deleted by hosting company due to server issue

Its not just ****, I had developed a website on my own using Wordpress which was done by me in my free time over * months while I pursued my post graduation.

I had no legal help at that time and just got to know about Voxya. This happened on Jan *, ****.

I was doing a Digital Marketing Bootcamp course from skillcircle.in (The founder came to our college and was directly enrolled in it) and as a part of it I bought the hosting for Rs **** as they were teaching how to build a website out of WordPress and start your own business.
They convinced me to buy the hosting from their partner pandahost.in.

After I had built my own website(I still have the video of the website), I was planning to launch my business which was facing some initial operational hiccups and in that time I opened my website one day only to find out its deleted.
When I went to my Admin panel of pandahost.in it said I have subscriptions for * hostings.
When I contacted them, they said because of a virus affecting their servers, the website has been deleted and accused me of why I did not have a backup.
After much communication, they offered me a Rs **** worth premium package of hosting, which I rejected as my precious website which I had learned to build and spent countless hours on had been deleted.
