We selected DTDC service considering good service we received prior days. But we are so unsatisfied with this incident where our valuable shipments are lost.



We have been following up with the local delivery partners, multiple local branches of Bangalore and we have even reached out to the Origin office from where the shipments were moved.



Every time when we reach out Customer support, there will be a different person addressing our queries with the assurance of tracking and delivering the parts to us.



We could see that Customer queries are taken seriously and there is no progressive update on the query. But at the end, almost after * months, it has been informed us that the shipments are lost.



Please get this actioned immediately and confirm whether you were able to trace the shipments or we will be getting the value of the lost shipments paid back.
