We booked two tickets villupuram to coimbatore in bus no TN**BE****(barveen). Actually boarding time is **.**pm but the app shows bus delayed on ** mins.So we planned to reach the boarding point **.**.but the bus is gone.your team not send message and call to me and not send bus operator contact number.we try to contact your office number in **.** to **.** he didn't attend my call.after **.** he told bus gone.now what i do?
