I have a taken a loan from prefer the brand name of dreamplug technologies. after some financial issues I paid my semi late but paid. during every payment collection team told that penalty and charges will wave off after emigrating payment and I make it. but this problem is not solved from last * months. every time I made late payment so that anybody can solve my issue but not. but this time I taken msg screenshots and voice recording regarding this. to file a complaint. for this the tried to defame me after coming to my home without my permission and that time I also not represent.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
