Lamboder enterprises - Water purifire not working

I purchased a Lamboder water purifier from Amazon last year , which came with a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, the purifier has stopped working, even though it is still under warranty.

I have been trying to contact customer support for assistance, but my calls are not being received. I would appreciate your urgent help in resolving this issue. Kindly provide the next steps for repair or replacement as per the warranty policy.
