Xaomi - Water purifier is not functioning

Dear sir,
I have purchased water purifier from xaomi on November * **** and it was worked only for * days, after complaint they replaced complete product after one month (Dec ** ****) then now again it's not working since March * **** when I reached out customer care they sent technician on March * *** and he is telling to purchase new RO. This is not fare for * months they are asking to purchase new RO. And they are still not sending for repair. please help me out from this harrasment
