Arohi Bharatgas - Water in Lpg cylinder

We booked a cylinder on **th feb and pick the cylinder same day from agency . The cylinder was sealed and weight is ok as mentioned on cylinder. But after just six days when i cook breakfast, gas cylinder was empties . I crooked that cylinder, and then i see water comes out from it and it's lower part is wet including cylinder trolly. I tried to complain on distributer but his ph is switched off and no body is picking landline, i again tried to reach to custmer care but till time its line was busy. Then i complain to distributer after visit and they sent there executives to check and they are saying that cylinder is ok. And according to them we used one cylinder in just * days. They are not changing cylinder and asking for charges for another cylinder. I show them pictures of wet cylinder and water leaked from cylinder but they are denied from their fault.
