SAI krishna water solutions - Water filter Service is not doing after taken 2 years AMC

I have taken the AMC for my water filter, within * years what are the problem with the water filter they have to take and within * years they have to change filter candles. Now my water filter is not working, they are not responding properly. For the last * month, I am asking them to do the service and change filters, but they are trying to skip attending service.
