Orbit Aviation Pvt Ltd Mohali - Water bottles not available in bus

I booked a ticket for rupees ***. from Orbit aviation pvt ltd, Mohali office for traveling from Mohali phase * to jalalabad (******), Distance is *** km between two cities. almost at the middle of traveling distance. I asked the conductor/service boy for a bottle/glass of water. He said water is not available. bring your own from the shop. I called the office for the same. They said, give me some time, I am arranging for you. The conductor/ service boy came to me and said, You had a call at the office for water. I said yes. Again he said., water not available staff is on leave who has the responsibility of water. No support from the office and no resolution by the bus staff. such a poor service with a high range of fare.
