undefined - Watch Bought and Asked for replacement

I bought a watch from Brandfactory**** on May ** ****. There was bubble. In few days the side switch was not working. He told me to sent the watch and told if there is any issue he will replace the watch. I packed and sent the watch as he said. He told he will give new watch and sent me a photo which shows that it is not a new watch as i have bubble like mark on the watch which i already complaint and they said its a small issue and left like that.Then he umderstood that i found its not new watch which he is sending. Now he is saying he repaired the issue. I told him that I want a replacement as he told me before. He is now saying he cant give replacement.
