Mohammed Riyas filed complaint against Wasirx on May 27, 2021
I placed a sell order in wasirx through p*p, the buyer confirmed from their side but I didn’t received any payment, after * hr it went to dispute, I submitted bank statement and screenshots for the proof. But their support team closing the ticket as login logout issue instead of p*p and marking it as solved. I made new tickets and they are not even looking i think. My usdt is locked and i can’t make any payment. Please help me to resolve this issue.
