Service executive has visited on *th june** for washing machine servicing. He has collected **** rupees for some spare part replacement and said that he would be back after * days with the spare part and would complete the installation. However he has not shown up or answering our calls. When contacted Home triangle customer care , they just keep telling that the issue is being escalated to next level every time. When I ask for the status they say that I would receive a call back and i never receive any call from them
