I had taken a service from the urban clap for washing machine repair. I see that the professional has cheated us with the price fair and I am strongly against this. I want this issue to be looked into as its a huge amount. if you dont take up any initiative i will be further taking this issue in legal action you people to the court
we have paid ****. below are the list of things we have taken and price he has charged us
* - in let valve - ***
* - outlet valve - first he told *** later made it ***
* - pcb borad - the old one was fixed with a minor soldering work and has charged **** (WHICH IS ODD )
* - wiring charge- **** initially and later he made it **** (AS PER YOUR RATE CARD for wiring cost is * for example incase there is a heavy damage the max cost is *** I WANT A JUSTIFICATION AS TO WHY IS THIS IS CHARGED)
* service charge is ***
hence the total amount paid is ****
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
