Onida Washing Machine - Washing machine repair

My extreme dissatisfaction with the Onida service I have received regarding my recent complaints.

Initially, a technician visited to address the issue and replaced the washer timer on my machine. Unfortunately, this repair resulted in my machine ceasing to function altogether. Since then, I have submitted multiple requests for assistance, but despite numerous follow-ups with customer care, no one has come to resolve the problem.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and support. I expect prompt action to rectify this situation.

I can’t express how disappointed I am with your service. After your technician “fixed” my machine, it’s now completely inoperable. Despite my numerous requests for help, I’ve received nothing but silence. This is beyond frustrating. I expected better and feel completely let down.
