I had bought the IFB washing machine on **/**/****. There is a noise takes place on **/**/****. I registered a complaint on date **/**/****. The same problem takes place on **/**/****. The technician (Pankaj) came on then after the problem persists on **/**/****. I wrote customer satisfaction message, then wrote a complaint on **/**/****, but no technician came on **/**/****, and I wrote a complaint on **/**/****, they said senior trainer will come but no technician came till date. Total harassment to me after buying the washing machine. The area manager saying we will change the washing machine as on **/**/****. But till there is no replacement of machine done.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
