Hi - I had purched the marq fully automatic front lod washing machine on **-Nov-**** with * year comprehensive coverage and * tears warranty on motor.
That said, washing machine is not working as expected, motor is not working properly and would like to claim the warranty which is valid till November ****.
I did follow up with the team mutiple times, however, they just closed the loop without any resolution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
