I have recently purchased a new washing machine in may month but it is not working right now after * month so I emailed the team for the support to claim warranty but after one response and some person come from the company and check the washing machine after getting checked he said PVC is not working so i said please change it and he told me of company told me to change it then i will change after this no response is coming from acer support or customer care service to claim warranty,
Please help me
