Samsung India - Washing machine Not repaired

I have logged service request to repair my washing machine( model numnber WF***B*BKSD/TL) on **/**/**** with samsung customer care service request number **********. They have ordered part to replace with washing machine part bit it has been ** days past they havn't repaired my Washing machine due to part unavailabilty & keep telling me part will be available shortly & doesn't give me tentative date. They aslo offered me refund the washing machine amout which is not even **% of cost .I have bought washing machine * years ago only.
Please help me to get my complaint resolved.
