Kapil filed complaint against Haier Company on Feb 13, 2026
Hello, My name is Maj Kapil from Faridabad.
I purchased haier washing machine front load * kg (Bill att) on ** Oct **. Since then machine is continuously vibrating a lot and for which i havw complaint atleast * to * times. Everytime technician come do something and says this time machine will work fine but till now problem is persisting. I have spoken to service stn head Mr Rattan and Mr Vikas but they are not able to rectify the problem. And Mr Rattan says whatever happens but machine will not be replaced. What kind of service is this. I am being harassed a lot and and feeling helpless. At the end i am forced to bring this matter to consumer court.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
