It has been a terrible experience with this service center. It was purely my mistake that I (from Sarjapur Road) contacted them without knowing that they are not an authorised service partner for Whirlpool, although their Invoice carried Whirlpool Logo. Please don't even attempt to call them. I feel they are the only guys who take the washing machine to their workshop and repair. They had taken my fully automatic washing machine for changing the Gear Mechanism and returned back after three days They charged me Rs.*,***/-. Now the drum is spinning erratically damaging the other parts too. THey are not even responding to my calls or messages. They are not trained mechanics and will surely will spoil the machine. I am writing a seperate mail to Google and other search engines to not to carry their Ads.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
